This is a collection of Cosmos flowers from my garden. Colours range from dark pink, light pink, and white to white with purple picotee stripes. There are cupcake cosmos mixed in with double flowers and single flowers. Thanks to the pollinators, it’s a beautiful mix primarily resulting from flowers self-sowing in my garden.
Cosmos flowers bloom from August until frost, making them beneficial for pollinators once the rest of the flowers have died back.
Cosmos seeds may be sown indoors to get a headstart on the season or sown directly in the garden.
To start your seeds indoors, sow seeds in cell trays 6 to 8 weeks before the final frost date, 1 seed per cell at a depth of 1/4 inch. Cover with a plastic propagation dome and set under the grow lights or in your brightest window. Once you see signs of germination, remove the plastic dome. Pot up your cosmos seedlings into 4-inch pots after the 1st set of true leaves develops. Transplant outdoors after any risk of frost has passed into a full sun location, spaced 12 inches apart in all directions. Keep the soil consistently watered until your seedlings are established.
Seeds may be sown in the garden one week before the final frost date, spaced 6 inches apart. Thin out seedlings to 12 inches apart after the first set of true leaves forms. Consider transplanting the thinned seedlings into a different location.

Shipping is calculated at the time of order and is based on the number of seed packets per order. All packages are shipped through Canada Post, and pricing for packages containing seeds are the same for addresses across Canada.
Larger items are calculated by weight and destination and will vary by province.
US seed orders are made at the buyer’s own risk, and we cannot guarantee delivery. We will receive and ship orders but cannot account for the actions of foreign customs, which is the reason for this non-guarantee. Unfortunately, I do not offer phytosanitary certificates, so if the seeds are confiscated or destroyed at the border, your order will not be refunded or reissued.
Non-seed orders are calculated by weight and destination and vary by state.
We cannot ship orders outside of North America.
