A brown, pear-shaped cherry tomato that is unlike anything else. Colour is brown with hues of green in the skin. Flesh is red.
Traditional, rich tomato flavour in a small cherry tomato size. Juicy and mildly acidic.
You will love the addition of this variety for your garden. Grow with Yellow Pear Cherry tomatoes for a mix of colour. Fruit may be eaten raw in a salad, or roasted in the oven. Plants are prolific and will produce consistently throughout the season.
Plants are indeterminate and require good staking to support tall growing vines.
Start seeds indoors at least 6 to 8 weeks before the final frost date. Please refer to my Seed Starting Calculator for specific planting dates for your area.
Transplant outdoors after all risk of frost has passed. Space plants a minimum of 2 to 3 feet apart, depending on how well plants are staked. Stay on top of removing suckers.
