Winner of the RHS Award of Garden Merit for being high yielding and early maturing, this variety produces fragrant salmon-pink flowers that will attract hummingbirds and bees throughout the summer.
Harvest 8 to 10 inch long pods when immature for springless green beans, or leave the pods to mature and harvest beautiful, large black beans with purple striations. Flavour is creamy, buttery and delicious!
Vines will grow to a height of 8 to 13 feet, so be sure to provide a vertical support, and it will have plenty of room to grow.
Sow seeds directly in the garden after all risk of frost has passed, as they germinate better in warmer soil. Check out my Seed Starting Calculator for specific planting dates for your area, and to learn the last safe sowing date to achieve a succession crop.

Shipping is calculated at the time of order and is based on the number of seed packets per order. All packages are shipped through Canada Post, and pricing for packages containing seeds are the same for addresses across Canada.
Larger items are calculated by weight and destination and will vary by province.
US seed orders are made at the buyer’s own risk, and we cannot guarantee delivery. We will receive and ship orders but cannot account for the actions of foreign customs, which is the reason for this non-guarantee. Unfortunately, I do not offer phytosanitary certificates, so if the seeds are confiscated or destroyed at the border, your order will not be refunded or reissued.
Non-seed orders are calculated by weight and destination and vary by state.
We cannot ship orders outside of North America.
